Microsoft Authenticator App Issues

New to the community, hope you're well!
So I downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator App and took the necessary step to it up on my phone as a password manager, long story short, I forgot my passcode and can't unlock it now. Is there any other way I can unlock it?

- Hi,
Can you clear the storage and cache for the Authenticator app on the list of app in settings.
Try that and see if it works.
