I cant able to grab my 100% event voucher after Received MCT cert

Dear Team,   I cant able to claim the event voucher which is 100% free , this happened after i have received the MCT cert from Microsoft.     Kindly advise me how to claim?

Hi Rolf
Still iam facing the same issue, as advised in your previous email, I couldn't able to redeem my event voucher which is 100% free of cost exam.
Iam really suffering to book an exam for past 4 days.
Humble request you to position me  a solution to cross this hudle.
