How to provide shared folder access to specific application?

Hi 

I want to understand how shall I share folders in the Domain network where users are not allowed to access the shared folder of my server, and my application which is installed in the user machine has RUN AS Administrator rights can access the shared folder. 

Can anyone help me with how shall I achieve using Group Policy Rights?
