GitHub Certification Renewal
Did you sit the GitHub exam before August 2025 when the management of GitHub certifications were moved over to Microsoft Learn?
It is my understanding that GitHub certifications taken on Microsoft Learn can be renewed like other Microsoft certifications.

I passed the GH-900 exam last fall. When I checked the Certification Script, I saw that it expires next fall. I also visited the GitHub website today and confirmed that Foundation Certification is explicitly stated to have no expiration date.
On my Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab , my GitHub Foundations certifications does have an expiry date
I would go by what Microsoft Learn says
At the bottom right corner of the website below, you'll find instructions on renewing your certification.
Like you, my certification also has an expiration date.
