DP-600 Free Voucher – My Fabric Community Profile ID Is Showing “User Does Not Exist”
Helo IndrajitBenegal this usually happens when the Community profile isn't correctly linked to the same Microsoft account used for the campaign, or the profile was removed or duplicated.
A couple of things to try:
1. Sign out of all Microsoft accounts, then sign back in with the exact same email you used to join the Fabric Community campaign.
2. Try a private window or another browser to avoid account/tenant mix-ups.
If the profile still shows "User does not exist", you'll need the Community admins to restore or re-associate it.
The best next step is to contact the Fabric Community voucher support directly and include your campaign email adding a screenshot of the error.

They should be able to confirm the voucher status and fix the Community user record.
