Creating private marketplace offers to accept Azure Credits

Hi, 
   We have a few Software as a Service (SaaS) products, we are trying to put in the Azure partner center. We are adding the product as public marketplace offers. Then we would like to set the private marketplace offers where customers should be able to pay using Azure credits for purchasing the service.

While we are creating the offers we are not getting what all we need to make it transactable and eligible for MACC. 
Any guide or pointers on this please?

how do we make sure the service is available to the customers and they are able to pay using Azure Credits?
