Consolidation of non similar rows

Hello all

How do I consolidate the below customer data ignoring the locations? I cannot use text to column option as there are few scenarios where it wouldn't work. the below is just a sample data, I have got 400 customers with multiple locations each that I would like to consolidate the data for. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
