Cloud Skills Challenge not showing up in profile

I recently registered for the cloud skills challenge that started 16 Feb. I received an email with links to the learning path and the leaderboards. It doesn't show up in my profile though under "challenges."  Additionally, I completed all the modules yet I've received nothing signifying completion of the challenge. When I click "complete my challenge" on the leaderboard page, it just takes me back to the learning path collection screen where all modules sit at 100%.  Am I doing something wrong?
