Azure VM stop on Public holidays

Hello Community members

I need your help regarding Azure VM stop on public holidays,can somebody guide me how this can be achieved using logic app

    I have already implemented the solution Azure start/stop solution via

    now I am looking for Azure solution to stop VM on public holiday.
