Azure VM related query

Hi there,  I am learning Azure, have created 2 accounts (one is my free account from mdsn subscription and the other is my personal free account) and just noticed while creating Azure Virtual machin...

Can you verify if the subscription offer ID is the same? Got o the subscription and check on the overview pane. Not all subscriptions are the same MSDN is different to personal  is different to PAYG etc.
I have not seen it myself but that could be an explanation.

    It is different offer Id for both account. But I thought default features should be same across all accounts?

      Unfortunately the features can be slightly different because of the various purposes of the subscriptions. I have no list of what is possible in which subscription but the differences are mostly driven by money. A free subscription gets other qualities as a company paid Pay-As-You-Go subscription.
