AZ-500 learning path and practice exam

I'm preparing for the AZ-500 and I was wondering if we have a learning path in Learn for this exam and if MSFT FTE has some discount on test exams.

I'm not aware of any test exams that are for free when you are working directly for MS. Find one online and ask your manager if it is ok to expense it.
