Hello, I hope you are feeling very well. Regularly the authenticator requires that you have two methods for when these cases happen, do you not receive an SMS or an email?
i have tried all options to call, and they send me to a link to sign in. every thing i try keeps putting me into a loop of having to sign in in order to move forward
