NicolasKheirallah So we can have Multiple Folders with 50K permission ? any other work around i need to have unique permission for items added in folders..
You need multiple document libraries. so split these folders up between these.

- Zero! Don't put 50K items with unique permission, it won't be usable at all. what are you trying to do? Better if we come up with a better solution for you
NicolasKheirallah user need to upload document/s into library for each request raised (folder so access management is at folder level) ... Uploaded document should be accessible to user uploading and one SharePoint security group ... Have 20k request folder request per year
