SharePoint Subscription EditionSite Missing site template BICenterSite

I am upgrading my site from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Subscription Edition, when I run the Test-SPContentDatabase on the SharePoint SE environement, it says that the site template definition: BICenterSite does not exist. When I look into the SharePoint hive under Template/SiteTemplate directory I don't find it. Th SharePoint site that Im trying to upgrade uses the site template: BICenterSite

How can I add it in the SharePoint Subscription Edition environment?
