SharePoint link in upper left corner

We are migrating to the on-prem version of SharePoint 2019. On the site, there is a link in the upper left corner of the site that says SharePoint, that links to MySite.    Is it possible to ...

So on modern pages, you can't modify the template. It doesn't work like the good ol' days.

Thanks for the replies!  We ended up modifying the CSS to "hide" the word SharePoint, by changing the Display line to none.
