SharePoint changed the Editor name to a user that didn't exist at the time

Hi,

I have a strange case in a cliente where I have multiple items where I have the tp_Editor = 273 and this user didn't exist before June 2023.

In the image below you can see multiple records with the tp_Modified before June.

Any clues?
