How to purchase

We are using SharePoint 2013 and want to move to SPSE, but can find no avenue to do so. We do not have a Microsoft account manager, nor have we used Software Assurance. What's the expected way to find out about licensing? There's an amazing lack of pricing info for this version online. Thanks!
