Excel Problem: Update Partially Fails

Good morning

We have a problem updating the data of an Excel document with OfficeOnline 2019 (in conjunction with SharePoint SE).

The document is displayed correctly

All calls (1st - 3rd) will display the "Query and update data" window, but a data refresh will only be performed on 1st and 2nd. At 3., window a. stops and nothing happens. If you then click on "No" you can update the data via 1./2.
