Error with SPFX on SharePoint Subscription Edition

Hi,

We are facing an issue following the Microsoft SharePoint SPFx Tutorial :

We want to change the "O365_NavHeader" bar on our mordern site, and insert link in it.

But, when we run our Application Extension, there is an error on SharePoint SE (on SharePoint Online it work like a charm) :

Is there a yeoman generator for SharePoint Subscription Edition ?

(Following the tuto) We use these dependancies :
