Does Sharepoint Server Subscription Edition Support Managed Modules
Hi,
I am trying to add a managed module to Sharepoint Application in IIS using the link "Add Managed Module". However, I am receiving the following error when I try to add or modify managed modules.

Details:
Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\csc.exe" /noconfig /fullpaths @"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\57ae2802\38a0cd2e\2ppklip5.cmdline".
Any idea if managed modules are supported by Sharepoint server. If it is then how can I add to the SP site.

Yes, SharePoint Server Subscription Edition supports managed modules. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Managed modules can only be added to SharePoint web applications that are running in .NET Framework 4.6.1 or higher.
- Managed modules cannot be added to SharePoint central administration.
- Some managed modules may not be compatible with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition. It is important to test any managed modules before adding them to your production environment.
To troubleshoot the error message "Cannot execute a program. At this stage, I have not specified any module yet. I am going to the IIS and simply clicking "Add Managed Module" on the Sharepoint site link and it is giving me this error:
I have the latest .NET version installed.
When I try to add it to non-sharepoint sites, it works fine.
