Clean up missing dependencies - Access Services

We migrated our farm from SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE) using the Database Attach method. When running Test-SPContentDatabase against our content database , we receive missing feature errors for deprecated Access Services: 744b5fd3-3b09-4da6-9bd1-de18315b045d and d2b9ec23-526b-42c5-87b6-852bd83e0364. The "Locations :" field in the output is completely blank/null. We removed the feature from our site collections. How can we resolve the issue.

    Hi Susan, 
    you need to remove the feature from the database itself to get rid of the errors and the configuration wizzard showing you failed on the first run after applying a patch.  (https://gist.github.com/wpsmith/ad57a1c78551be9c12b6)
