Users experiencing Upload Failed errors after editing files from Sharepoint

Hi our team have the issue of saving too.
Issues:
1. Saving always result in Microsoft powerpoint (Sharepoint) not responding. (may take up to 20 mins to load or even crash the powerpoint)
2. Saving ALWAYS results in Upload Failed (not too sure what the issue is, tried deleting cache, stop sync, create new powerpoint, etc all FAILED)
