upload metadata from a csv file to a sharepoint document library...

I have uploaded migrated documents to a SharePoint Document Library.  Unfortunately, the actual metadata information came in a separate csv file.  Currently, the metada information in Sharepoint shows all the information by the current user who did the importing.  I am looking for a solution or a script to read from the csv file and update the metadata information based on the column values in the csv file.
