To create webpart for Sites I'm Following and My Tasks in the Mysite page

Hi All,

I have a requirement in the Mysite homepage of Sharepoint 2013 to get all the sites I'm Following and the My Tasks to be displayed on the same page

Can someone help me resolve this issue.
