same issue .My list has few lookup fields based on another list and also a find field. I have found no solution at that time!! 😞

Disable Audiance targeting from the source Library. See the bottom of this blog:https://sharepointmaven.com/how-to-copy-an-existing-document-library-in-sharepoint-online/
