Term store can is possible to access by refiner's in SharePoint search page

Hi ,
I am developing a page that search page two librarys and two list's .everything working fine but . I have metadata columns in all library and list , I want to show refiner's as terms store structure . when I mapping the to the managed data that particular matadata . it's showing only what inside the library and list,
Can we access term store it through refiner's
