site design and site script logo url

Question

The site design and site script enabled to add a logo

however the json format expects us to provide the logo url. What is the relative path it is referring to.

If i want to upload a custom logo .

The relative path can be any SPO URL where you have uploaed the site logo

I am using site design to create a site.

having said that, the logo needs to be uploaded to a different site collection.

If that's the case, how it will know which site collection as it is expecting a relative path.
