Sharepoint Solution get install date using powershell

Hi,

I've added a number of solutions:

Add-SPSolution -LiteralPath c:\myfile.wsp

Is there a way of obtaining the date when this *.wsp file was added/installed?

Can this be done with powershell?
If not any Windows tool would be OK.
