Sharepoint Online Video Thumbnails auto generation not working in Asset Library

Hi,

 

We have a Asset library in Sharepoint Online site. The issue we are facing is when i upload a video to the asset library the preview image is not generating automatically.

I need to show the preview image without manually generating the thumbnail for videos. 

 

I have attached the video file for reference.

    I have the same issue. When you create a Stream Playlist for your video's it will have the thumnail displayed. Would be very nice if the SharePoint Library that holds video's create a thumbnail automatically
