KanchanKumbhar I don't see any option to add table from modern experience editor of multiline rich text columns. I think this is a current limitation by Microsoft SharePoint:

So, if you want to add formatted tables to multiline rich text columns in SharePoint, you will have to use the classic experience editor of rich text columns.

Thank you @gansehsanap for quick reply. Yes, using classic view, I am inserting table and it get saved without any issue. But when I try to edit the column again it always gets open in classic view instead of Modern view

KanchanKumbhar Yes, correct. Unfortunately, you will have to use the classic view as modern view does not support adding tables to multiple lines of text column at the moment.
