SharePoint Online CSOM Tenant API access without farm admin

Is it possible to access the CSOM Tenant API (in particular Tenant.GetSiteProperties) without having farm admin rights?

    I think just to make this API work for on-prem and setting up Tenant admin server stub and tenant admin site collection you need farm admin rights. After this step to access CSOM API you might not need farm admin rights.

        Okay sorry when you said farm admin i got confused. From the sample Microsoft provided it seems like you need tenant admin access
