Sharepoint online - site rendering- store value for client site rendering to a list

I have a sharepoint online list.
I am using client side rendering for color coding.
This works perfectly but the only issue is i am not able to store the rendered value.

Example if A is greater than B then the cor value is Blue..
I want to store the value Blue in the list .

Now i will be able to generate a list view of the number of blues and number of reds etc..

What can I do to get this done
