sharepoint list view show by time

I to everybody,

i have a sharepoint list with schedule working time columns (time and date).

i want to make a gallery view to show only workers on DUTY (so ending time later than now).

the only recognized filter is today,but it doesn't keep the time.

for instance if i work from 8am to 4 pm of today ,and now it's 5 pm ,my name wil be shown.

do you know a way to arrange it ?
