Sharepoint filter no results

Filter a record through a column of Sharepoint, but SharePoint does not have the result of this record. I'm sure this record exists in Sharepoint list. Is there any way to solve this problem

jimmy1455 Are you doing it from filters pane or by using "Filter by" option from column heading/title?

Using "Filter by".
I'm thinking about whether there are too many data.
Because some people can successfully filter and some people can't.

    jimmy1455 Try adding indexing on the column for which you are using filter by option.
