SharePoint Document Library Image Upload Issue

Dear All
I have one Document Library with name Industry Images im uploading multiple images in that document lib (with size< 20-30 kb) using Upload Document option some time it works but multiple times it fails to upload images im getting same issue while dragging and dropping images (this issue belongs to only one doc libaray Industry Images... other doc lib are working fine, i also checked permission but all users have full control ).please check the screenshot for error details  

please let me know if any one know the solution for this issue.
