Sharepoint Designer: edit code yellowed out

Hi

I have Sharepoint Designer 2013. I am trying to edit the NewForm.aspx page. Some of the code is yellowed out and can't be edited. I see from other information that you need to use the advanced edit mode to do this. I don't see this option anywhere is this version of SD.

Does anyone have any ideas?
