Hi Juan, Thanks for bringing this upto us.

Mihir, This is a known issue which we are working on. Hopefully this should be fixed in RTM or an upcoming patch post RTM.

Hi Mihir and Juan, Update: "Excel styled” syntax is not supported for conditional formatting in on premises. We will have a documentation published on this soon for SP2019 and will have more details about conditional formatting for SP2019 in the article.

I'm struggling to make column formatting working on SharePoint 2019.
