Unfortunately, we're still experiencing this issue. Since you're seeing it too, I'll reopen my support ticket with Cognito to see if they might investigate further. Will you open a ticket too please to help gain traction on a resolution?

Response from Cognito support as of 3/6/2019:
"We have our developer looking into a possible solution to this issue, and we will keep you updated on this as we get closer to a release."
