SharePoint 2013 on prem. List view sum of value from lookup field

I am trying to find a way to sum display a lookup value in the header of two two other fields which are summed, giving me a Col A Value from the lookup, and Col B and C are summed from the items in the grouped by category.  I have attached a real rough image to help explain.  I would want the target to only show one the line with the  along with sum of the other totals from the items in the grouped by field.  Any ideas on how to easily and quick make this happen?  Thanks in advance.
