SharePoint 2013 - Resizing image in a news webpart

I have very limited experience with SharePoint 2013 and I haven't had any luck finding something online that would give me any ideas as to where I could find the settings for this - but I'm trying to modify this image to stop overlapping the rest of the text of my webpart. (This was an inherited page) 

This is pulling from an Article page specifically for this webpart. Image aligned on the left. I've even tried using the same pixel size as other images (that show up correctly - see below for example)

Im hesitant to think the webpart settings need to be adjusted as the rest of the story images are showing up correctly - minus the one I put in.  Hopefully someone else has run into something similar and can point me in the right direction
