SharePoint - Weekly report

Hello,

I am wondering if SharePoint has the functionality to do the following:

1) Have a Word Doc as template where my team can input their information

2) This form would be on the SharePoint page without having t open up any external program

3) once form is completed, create a file on a folder of the completed document.

Would this be possible?
