Retrieve information about user from an active directory group that's inside a sharepoint group

Hello,

I'm trying to user information via power automate from an AD group, but I get an "User not found" error. My understanding is that if the user has not logged in or he's permissions haven't been manually checked by pressing "Check Permissions" the user isn't initialized in sharepoint. I tried to check if the user gets initialized by hitting this enpoint but it does not work the same as "Check Permissions" button SITE_URL/_api/web/GetUserEffectivePermissions(@user)?@user=USER_EMAIL. My question is if there's a way to initialize all users of an ad group either by using power automate or any other way.
