Is&nbsp; it possible to rename the “New Item” in SPO list New Form to Registration Form.&nbsp;The below URL is not&nbsp; a proper solution. jcgonzalezmartin&nbsp;This solution is based on Power App and it is not applicable here. Using Power App also, we cannot rename New Item.&nbsp;Is there any other option ?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

No, there is no option to rename the form.
If you want custom forms, go with Power Apps or SPFx, but you have to create a new form to replace the existing one. Or perhaps a 3rd party vendor that may have a forms solution.

KiBanger&nbsp;&nbsp;This will only change the "Default" SPO form not a Power Apps form.
