SP 2013 Online People picker is not working after modifying list forms using SPD 2013

Hi Team,   We have migrated 2010 list forms into 2013 Online. People picker column is not working after modifying list forms using SharePoint designer 2013.

Could you please help me anyone to fix the issue, since it is in Prod site I need to fix ASAP.

Create a new list and add a column of type "User or group". Create a new list item and fill the column of type "User or group". Is that working? I would like to know this to know if all the people pickers dont work or only of the migrated lists.
