Adding "?q=*&v=%2Fsearch%2Fsites" to the end of your URL will display all sites the user has access to. I'm not sure how you would expose this on a site page with "out of the box" web parts.
https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx?q=*&v=%2Fsearch%2Fsites

The requirement is to get the list of sites where the user has different access rights (Read/Contribute/Full Control). I think this links serve the purpose. I thought if we have out of the box web part similar to this we can add to any page.
