PnP PowerShell installation

I want to write/execute POSH from a client machine in a locked-down environment. I cannot pull down the repo and compile.

If I download the MSI from https://github.com/SharePoint/PnP-PowerShell/releases, will the CSOM libraries be installed as well? Or do they need to be downloaded/installed separately.
