Does a user need to be a global admin of a tenant in order to use the Graph Explorer in the context of their own tenant? A user who is a Sharepoint Admin gets errors when attempting to use the Graph ...
AFAIK, no...while it's true that you won't be able to do all the operations supported by the Graph Explorer
