OfficeDevPnP.Core DLL for GACing

Hi, I need to use OfficeDevPnP.Core.dll for my SSIS script components as SSIS doesn't support Nuget packages. What is the best way to get these DLLs so that I can GAC it for my SSIS. Also I need to use this solution for my enterprise service and how can I convince my operations team for using a community controlled component, as they would be worrying about support and road-maps.
