not able to authenticate through share point online management shell

Hi I am getting error while try to login through sharepoint online management shell

 

Actually I want to deploy the package on sharepoint online to use in modern pages. Its for script editor web part. I follow the link to deploy package "https://support.shortpoint.com/support/solutions/articles/1000271557-prerequisite-1-setup-site-collection-app-catalog-spfx-in-office-365".

also I tried to find the appcatalog  to deploy on the path "https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/AppCatalog/AppCatalog"  but unable to find.
