Need help in regarding to create list with dynamic permission based on a column values

Hi All,

I need to create a list in SharePoint with dynamic permissions based on the column values.

Please refer the screenshot, As I had created two sample Items in a list and the requirement need to give permissions to the Items based on the column managed By.

In brief for an example, I will create some items along with their manage by persons. After that when Santhosh kumar enters into the list, he should able to see only Items where his name is added under managed by. As same when Raman enter into the list, he should able to see only Items where his name is added under managed by.

Anyone would help on this!
